MDS Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding three months.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
